We are now formalising the referral process upon which our external network can benefit from helping us help our clients.

Top Talent will now award a referral fee of £500 for all successful placements of referred candidates and we will make payment 50 days from commencement of employment on of the referred candidate if they join on a permanent basis.

Alternatively, if you would prefer to donate the referral fee to a charity, we would be happy to do this on your behalf.
