Head of Sales & Marketing - London/South East - Salary £55k basic £85-£90k OTE + ref:  MCVE1237

Our client is the leading provider of Energy Performance Certificates in the UK and is going through tremendous growth and seeks an experienced Head of Sales & Marketing with a business-to-business focus to take it forward.  It is enjoying good times but has a very aggressive in target for this new current financial year.   

The Head of Sales & Marketing will be someone who leads from the front and brings a successful pedigree within the sales and marketing arena. You will take responsibility for increasing sales and bottom line profits.  You will be responsible for managing a team of Business Development and Key Account Managers as well as for any further recruitment included in the sales and marketing team. Conceiving and delivering the sales and marketing strategy for this next phase of the Company’s growth will be a key element of your remit.  You will be agile and able to capitalise on market moods to be successful in building the business.
