Top Talent Recruitment was founded in 2008 having worked in the in the I.T. reseller and services industry for 18 years.  The frustrations experienced firsthand in recruiting Sales and Technical people made it clear that there was a gap not being addressed by traditional recruitment organisations.  It became clear that so many recruitment firms were staffed by people who had never worked in IT and Services sales before.  We have and a product of this you will enjoy a smaller ratio of 'interviewees to hire'.  Not only will this but we help you to retain your staff.

Our founder’s successful career has seen him gain experience in a range of industries and markets including, Direct Marketing, IT Services, IT Outsourcing, Contact Centre, Infrastructure & Transformational Consultancies, IT Security Companies and Maintenance and Support Organisations.  He has also had a successful sales management and director career leading, restructuring and growing sales teams within the above industries before starting this business. 

We worked for large corporate IT Service Companies such as, Computacenter, 2e2, Norsk Data, Eurodata Systems, IKON Technology Services, Microwarehouse and Corporate Express and with clients in the past including Dell, Fujitsu, IBM, Atos, Computacenter and Insight to name but a few.
